Neil has worked with various sports organizations, including the European PGA Tour, International cricket, and all levels of football, including the Premier League and international players. He has a BSc in Exercise Physiology and has undertaken extensive further study, including training in the most advanced industry techniques in the USA. Neil's approach uses a range of techniques developed by the world's top Movement Science pioneers to achieve optimal results.
What is the Rev-Movement approach?
​The Rev-movement approach, addresses the restrictions in your body that limit you from performing certain movements optimally; it works to inhibit the factors that reduce your performance. There is a specific focus on identifying the underlying cause rather than just addressing symptoms.
Rather than looking at an injury or restriction in isolation, it looks at the body as a movement system, where everything is integrated and physiological, biomechanical and neurological factors are all taken in to account. Neil’s approach utilises principles, strategies and techniques from various approaches including Applied Functional Science (AFS), Functional Range Systems (FRS), Postural Restoration Institute (PRI), Active Release Technique (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation (DNS) and Neuro Orthopaedic Institute (NOI group).
